I have had multiple customers tell me that they have gotten sick when they have only taken a tiny portion of the Opana. When I mean sick, I mean they get nauseated because they have taken too much.
I just wanted to remind everyone that Opana is not oxycontin, It's much much stronger. When someone snorts 30mg of oxycodone, they are really only getting about 50 percent into their system. (thats why eating oxy really is the best way to take it, you get about 80 percent. Shooting you obv. get 100 percent.)
I think too many people think that a 40mg opana snorted is equal to 80mg of snorted oc. That is incorrect. Everyone is different. But, snorting 40mg of opana is like snorting around 160-240mg of oxy, maybe higher. Shooting it is even much higher..(no pun intended)
Orally, 40mg of opana is equal to 80mg of oxy. Its when you snort and inject that the ratio is much different.
I have even gotten nauseated taking it (at first). Always start very small and wait then add if necessary if you are opiate naive.When taken properly, its probably the best opioid out there..
Don't hesitate to ask me any questions.
I know some will disagree, but I think the above is a good estimate.. Please be careful.

this should probably be in offtopic but i will add alittle. opana (oxymorphone) is 1.5x stronger then dilaudid. it has a very bad oral bioavailability (10% ish) which is why it comes in relatively high mg pills. taken orally its no big deal, the problem is when you take it another way you increase it to close to 100% meaning you are making it 10x stronger then its designed to be. i would start at 2mg and work up when not taken orally ;)

Just wanted to clarify. Opana is Oxymorphone not hydrocodone. Diluadid is hydromorphone. But you are correct, opana sucks orally. And yes, that is why they make huge dosages. 1mg of iv opana (oxymorphone) is roughly equivalent to 10mg of iv morphine.

damn missed that, hydromorph, oxymorph, hydrocod, oxycod, makes my brain hurt. i knew the name was a mix of oxycodone and hydromorphone, just guessed wrong mix lol i edited my post with right name.

The last time I got Opana a few years ago, I got the 10mg IR. They were incredible. I could do a quarter of one IV (2.5mg) and get the rush of ~45mg of IV Oxycodone. Now I'd probably have to shoot about 5mg of Opana to get that good orgasmic rush, which would be equivalent to at least 60mg Oxycodone IV at this point. Keep in mind I have YEARS of tolerance built up. The only reason my required IV dose of oxycodone is as low as (and that is fairly low for me) 60mg, is because I've been moderating my usage. I only shoot up about twice every 6 weeks. So yeah, Opana is strong as fuck if I only really need 5 mg IV to get off. Shit I'd prob be satisfied with 3mg, because the oxymorphone rush is the best opiate rush that I know of, and I've done just about every opiate out there, except IV fentanyl (SOON!). Anyway, take that for what its worth. Just to give you an idea.

yah i was one of the guys that got sick. Took a quarter roxy, several hours later decided to go golfing and insufulate about a 7mg of opana. Felt fantastic for about 1.5 hours and then got extreme nausea. I barely got through the 9th hole before I had to leave =) Was throwing up for the rest of the night. lol definitely learned my lesson to respect the OPANA!

BE VERY CAREFUL. I was PRESCRIBED this medication at the lowest dose after the oxycontin failed to control my pain. I swear to God I was going to die and was so close to going to the ER for a Narcan shot. And that was on the lowest dose, taken orally ... not snorted. I have a fairly high opioid narcotic tolerance and I was flipping out...DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS. A little goes a long way.

i have gotten sick and thrown up every. single. time. i have ever tried to do opana. i tried cutting the pill into tiny pieces, took them orally, and still threw up. i tried snorting a line about the width of my fingernail and very thin, still threw up. Oxy makes me throw up sometimes too, I have a very low tolerance. I would rather have low tolerance than high tolerance though. High tolerance isn't something to brag about, IMO

Opana kicks my ass, i always do a 20mg xr to the nose...get s me ROCKED....however sometimnes if i consume to much sugar while high i do puke...no fun.

Come on guys please be clear on what your are purchasing as John C Lilly said after taking 42mg of PCP (suggested dosage 2mg), this taught me to always check dosages for every single you consume.
Any after 5 days and 5 nights in a hyperspace most humans will never experience, he never consumed another dissociative again.
ALSO ALWAYS RESEARCH YOUR PRODUCTS AND SUGGESTED DOSAGES!
Also I do realize we are talking about Opiates here.
